Making pizza with Daddy!

One of Holden’s favorite things to do in the kitchen is to make homemade pizza with Matt. He always pulls a piece of dough out to have his own personal dough ball. He helps with the whole process and makes his own mini pizza for himself. It’s bite-sized so he usually has a few pieces of the big pizza too!

That is so nice! Holden will have great memories of this… Aunt Elinore used to do something similar in the kitchen with all the nieces and nephews. We could roll out our own homemade pie crust, and put it in little mayonnaise lids and bake our pies right along side her big pies. We felt so grown up and had the same look on our faces as Holden does in these pictures! So glad to see the tradition continuing 🙂

Yeah, it’s fun! He loves it. He also helps me grind coffee beans every morning with the hand-grinder, and he used to help me make coffee when I used the french press.

That cheese isn’t real cheese, by the way. It’s Daiya. But he doesn’t know the difference! 🙂
