So we had a bit of a delay in posts while Matt was away on his book tour. Being alone with both kids was pretty time consuming! Luckily my mom came out to help for 10 days in October. She signed up to drive down from Maryland with me, both kids, and both dogs to Asheville. It was great having her help and company for the first 10 days that Matt was away. Also, Uncle Matt and Aunt Gerri stopped by for a visit as well! It was great.
A few developmental highlights for Ellarie in October were that she began sitting independently! Also we started feeding her purees which she wasn’t too keen on initially and, since then, has grown to love them!
Holden got to participate in a fun soccer program and is really adjusting well to life as a pre-schooler:)
